QUICK LESSONS:
Follow in the footsteps of prophets and obey God’s commands

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the inheritance of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was narrated by Abu Bakr, who said that Abut Tufayl reported that Fatimah came to him asking for her father's inheritance. Abu Bakr then told her what he heard from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH): If Allah, Most High, gives a prophet some means of sustenance, it should go to their successor. In other words, if a prophet has any wealth or possessions when they pass away, it should be given to their heir or successor. This teaches us an important lesson about taking care of our families and making sure they are provided for after we are gone. It also shows us how important it is to follow in the footsteps of our prophets and obey Allah's commands.
