Strive for personal growth & development instead of positions of power & authority .

This hadith is about achieving success without having to be in a position of authority. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was speaking to Qudaym and told him that he will attain success if he dies without being a ruler, secretary or chief. This hadith teaches us that success can come from any situation and it does not necessarily have to come from being in power or authority over others. It also teaches us the importance of humility and modesty as we should not strive for positions of power but rather focus on our own personal growth and development instead. We should also remember that even if we do not achieve great things in life, we can still find contentment with what we have been blessed with by Allah SWT.
