Coming Home Late at Night

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad disapproved of a man coming to his family during the night after returning from a journey.

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah disapproved that a man should come to his family during the night (after returning from a journey).
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَمُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الرَّجُلُ أَهْلَهُ طُرُوقًا
