Bring resources or wealth you find to your rulers so they can be shared fairly amongst everyone present .

This hadith speaks about how booty should be shared according to Islamic law. It was narrated by Ma'an ibn Yazid, who was one of the Companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He found a red pitcher containing dinars in Byzantine territory during Mu'awiyah's reign and brought it to his ruler, who apportioned it among all Muslims present there including himself. The ruler then said that if he hadn't heard Prophet Muhammad ﷺ say that there is no reward except after taking the fifth from booty, he would have given him a reward for finding it. This shows us how important honesty and fairness are in Islam when sharing resources or wealth with others; everyone should get an equal share regardless of their social status or position in society. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about being content with what we have and not expecting rewards for our good deeds as Allah will always give us more than we deserve if we remain patient and trust Him completely.
