Strive for purity in our lives; Make an effort to cleanse oneself; Repent sincerely for any mistakes or shortcomings; Wear clean clothes when praying; Remember Allah’s mercy and forgiveness.

This hadith is narrated by Sulaiman bin Yasar and it speaks about the permissibility of praying while wearing clothes that have been washed from semen stains. According to the hadith, Aisha reported that she used to wash off the semen stains on Prophet Muhammad's clothes and he would go for prayer even when water spots were still visible. This shows us that it is permissible to pray in such a state as long as one has made an effort to cleanse oneself and their clothing. The lesson here is that we should strive for purity in our lives but also understand that sometimes things are out of our control and we should not be too hard on ourselves if we cannot achieve perfection all the time. We should also remember Allah's mercy and forgiveness which will always be available if we sincerely repent for any mistakes or shortcomings.
