The Unjustness of Procrastination in Repaying Debts

SUMMARY: Delaying repayment of debts by a wealthy person is unjust.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "Procrastination (delay) in repaying debts by a wealthy person is injustice".
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، أَخِي وَهْبِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ
