EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Aishah tells us that Prophet Muhammad used to observe a retreat or i'tikaf in the mosque during the last ten days of Ramadan. This is a spiritual practice where one spends time alone in prayer and contemplation at a mosque. After Prophet Muhammad passed away, his wives continued this practice as an act of remembrance for him. This hadith teaches us about the importance of spending time alone with Allah and dedicating ourselves to Him through prayer and reflection, especially during special times like Ramadan. It also shows us how we can honor our loved ones even after they have passed away by continuing their good deeds and practices.
