Remain patient even when faced with difficult situations; Treat everyone equally; Do not show favoritism or give preference towards any particular group or person; Remember Allah's judgment on Judgment day.

This hadith is about the importance of patience and equality. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was teaching the Ansar, his companions, that they should not give preference to one group over another. He told them that they would soon see people giving preference to others, but they should remain patient until they meet him on the Day of Resurrection.
