Seek Pardon/Forgiveness From Allah ; Make Up For Wrongdoings ; Take Responsibility For One's Actions ; Do Good Deeds .

This hadith explains the importance of seeking forgiveness from Allah when one has committed an act that requires expiation or atonement. It is narrated by several people including Al-Zuhri and Ibn 'Uyainah who explain that if someone commits this act today then they must seek pardon or forgiveness from Allah in order to make up for it. The hadith also mentions other narrators such as Al-Laith b. Sa'd, al-Awza'i, Mansur b. al-Mu'tamir and 'Irak b. Malik who have also narrated this tradition in similar words with the addition of asking for pardon or forgiveness from Allah as part of the expiation process for the committed act.
