QUICK LESSONS:
Abstain from activities which may cause difficulty or harm during fastings

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik states that it is not permissible for a person who is fasting to get themselves cupped due to the hardship it causes. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should abstain from anything that may cause us difficulty or harm during our fasts. This includes activities such as getting oneself cupped which can be painful and difficult for a person who is fasting. Therefore, we should avoid any activity which may cause us difficulty or harm during our fasts in order to maintain the sanctity of our fasts and ensure that we are able to complete them with ease and comfort.
