Strive to always speak truthfully even when it may be difficult or uncomfortable for us .

This hadith emphasizes the importance of abandoning falsehood and acting in accordance with truth. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said that if anyone does not abandon falsehood and action is accordance with it, Allah has no need that he should abandon his food and drink. The narrator Ahmad b. Yunus said he learnt the chain of narrators from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, and a man by his side made him understand the tradition who he thought was his cousin. This hadith teaches us to be truthful in our words and actions as it is an important part of our faith which will be rewarded by Allah Almighty if we are sincere in our intentions. We must strive to always speak truthfully even when it may be difficult or uncomfortable for us to do so as this will bring us closer to Allah's pleasure on Judgement Day InshaAllah!
