QUICK LESSONS:
Eat something small right before sunrise during Ramadan

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the difference between how Muslims fast and how people from other religions fast. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that one difference is that Muslims eat shortly before dawn, while people from other religions do not. This means that during Ramadan, when Muslims are fasting, they should eat something small right before sunrise so they can have enough energy to get through their day without feeling too hungry or weak. It also teaches us to be mindful about our actions and to follow what Allah has commanded us to do even if it differs from what others may be doing around us.
