Sunan Abi Dawud 1935 (Book 11, Hadith 215) #22227
Sacrificing Animals in Dwellings

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) instructed people to sacrifice animals in their dwellings instead of at the mountain Quzah and al-Muzdalifah.

Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: When the morning came, the Prophet stood at the mountain Quzah and said: This is Quzah, and this is a place of stationing, and the whole of al-Muzdalifah is a place of stationing. I sacrificed the animals here, and the whole of Mina is a place of sacrifice. So sacrifice in your dwellings.
