QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of yourself so you can better serve Allah and His creation

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of cupping while he was in a sacred state known as ihram. Cupping is an ancient form of therapy that involves placing heated cups on the skin to create suction and draw out toxins from the body. It is believed to help with pain relief and other health benefits. The Prophet Muhammad practiced this form of therapy during his time in ihram, which is a special state that Muslims enter when they are performing certain rituals such as Hajj or Umrah. This hadith teaches us that even though we may be engaged in religious activities, it does not mean we should neglect our physical health and well-being. We should take care of ourselves so that we can better serve Allah and His creation.
