Give people their dues generously; Be kind and fair in dealings with others; Strive for Allah’s pleasure through generosity; Respect other people’s rights.

This hadith narrated by Abu Huraira teaches us about generosity and paying rights. It tells us that when someone comes to demand their due, we should give it to them without hesitation. Furthermore, it also teaches us that the best amongst us is the one who pays other people's rights generously. This means that we should not only pay what is due but also be generous with our payment and give more than what is required if possible. We should always remember this teaching of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and strive to be generous in our dealings with others so as to gain Allah's pleasure.
