Obey your elders and those in authority over you; Learn and understand the teachings of Prophet Muhammad; Respect those who have been given authority over you; Follow the guidance provided by Allah through His messenger.

This hadith emphasizes on following and obeying the teachings of Prophet Muhammad. It is important to follow his teachings as they are a source of guidance for us in our lives. We should strive to learn and understand these teachings so that we can live our lives according to them. The hadith also reminds us that it is important to be obedient and respectful towards those who have been given authority over us such as parents or teachers. By doing this we will be able to lead a life full of blessings and success.
