EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was known to pause for a short while after the second rak'ah of his morning prayer. This is an example of how he practiced mindfulness and reflection in his daily life, taking time to appreciate Allah's blessings and be grateful for them. It is also an example of how we can take moments throughout our day to reflect on our lives and be mindful of our actions. Taking these moments can help us stay focused on what matters most in life, such as being kind to others, doing good deeds, and living with integrity.
