EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrated by 'Aishah tells us about the sleeping habits of the Prophet (ﷺ). It is reported that when he was with her, he would sleep at dawn. This shows us that even though the Prophet (ﷺ) was a great leader and teacher for his people, he still needed to rest and take care of himself. He set an example for us to follow in terms of taking care of our bodies and minds by getting enough rest. We should also remember that we are all human and need to take breaks from our work or studies in order to stay healthy and productive.
