The Prophet's Daily Prayer After 'Asr

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed two rak'ahs after the 'Asr prayer every day.

Al-Aswad and Masruq said: We bear witness that 'Aishah said: Not a day passed but the Prophet prayed two rak'ahs after the 'Asr prayer
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ، وَمَسْرُوقٍ، قَالاَ نَشْهَدُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ مَا مِنْ يَوْمٍ يَأْتِي عَلَى النَّبِيِّ إِلاَّ صَلَّى بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
