Pay a known specified measure, weight and period when making payments .

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught the people of Medina that when they are paying money, they should do so for a known specified measure, weight and period. This means that when someone is paying money for something, they should know exactly how much they are paying and what it is being used for. They should also be aware of how long it will take before the payment is due. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our finances and to make sure we understand all aspects of any financial transaction we enter into.
