Taking Different Routes on Festivals

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) took a different route when returning from the festival.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Messenger of Allah went out by one road on the day of the 'Id (festival) and returned by another.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ - عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَخَذَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ فِي طَرِيقٍ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فِي طَرِيقٍ آخَرَ
