QUICK LESSONS:
Proclaiming God's greatness with words & actions .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how Prophet Muhammad PBUH used to recite a proclamation of God's greatness, known as takbir, during his prayers for two special occasions - Breaking Fast Day or Eid al-Fitr and Sacrifice Day or Eid al-Adhaa. On these days, he would recite it seven times in the first rak’ah and five times in the second rak’ah. This shows us that we should be grateful to Allah SWT for all His blessings by proclaiming His greatness with our words and actions. We should also remember Him during special occasions like these two Eids by reciting takbirs with humility and devotion.
