EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of trading in alcohol. It was narrated by 'Aisha that when the last verses of Surat-al-Baqara were revealed, the Prophet (ﷺ) declared that trading in alcohol had become illegal. This shows us how important it is to follow Allah's commands and to stay away from things which are forbidden or haram. We should also remember that Allah knows what is best for us and we should trust His judgement even if we don't understand why something has been prohibited.
