QUICK LESSONS:
Offer salutations when praying

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us the importance of giving salutations during prayer. When we offer our prayers, we should greet those on our right side with “Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings” and those on our left side with “Peace be upon you and mercy of Allah”. This is a way for us to show respect for others while also expressing gratitude towards God for His mercy. It is important that we remember this teaching as it helps us to stay connected with God even in times of worship.
