Seek refuge in Allah from all evil and harm; Remember & Glorify Him; Be mindful & aware of your actions at all times; Express faith in Him.

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's physical action of raising his forefinger while placing his right hand on his right thigh. This action is known as Isti'adha, which is a gesture of seeking refuge in Allah from evil and shaytan. It is also a sign of remembrance and glorification to Allah, as well as an expression of faith in Him.
