QUICK LESSONS:
Be respectful and patient when someone else is speaking; Wait until they have finished before responding; Be mindful of your words and actions so as not interrupt others while they are speaking or praying.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the advice given by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to his companion, Bilal ibn Rabah. In this hadith, the Prophet ﷺ advised Bilal not to say “Amin” before him when he was making a supplication or blessing. This means that it is better for people not to say “Amin” until after the person who is making a supplication or blessing has finished speaking. This teaches us that we should be respectful and patient when someone else is speaking and wait until they have finished before we respond. We should also be mindful of our words and actions so as not to interrupt others while they are speaking or praying.
