EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the posture of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It is narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas that he saw the whiteness of the armpits of the Prophet when he came to him from behind. The Prophet kept his arms away from his sides and raised his stomach slightly off the ground. This shows us how important it was for him to maintain a dignified posture even in private moments, as a sign of respect for himself and others around him. He also taught us that we should always be mindful of our body language, as it can convey more than words ever could. We should strive to emulate this example set by our beloved prophet in all aspects of life, including our posture and body language.
