QUICK LESSONS:
Perform Salah properly according to Islamic teachings

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of performing prostration correctly. The Prophet was commanded to prostrate on seven bones which are two hands, two knees and two feet and not to fold back the hair or clothing while doing so. This means that when we perform salat we should make sure that our hands are placed firmly on the ground with our palms facing up and our knees should be bent with both feet flat against the ground. We should also make sure that our clothes do not get in the way of us performing salat properly by folding them back or tucking them in. It is important for us to perform salat correctly as it is one of the five pillars of Islam and a way for us to connect with Allah SWT.
