Seek refuge in God, Do good deeds, Ask for forgiveness when making mistakes , Pray supererogatory prayers

This hadith is about seeking refuge in Allah from the punishment of the Hellfire. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was praying and warned us about the consequences of not following Allah's commands. He said "woe to those who are punished in hellfire". This is a reminder that we should always strive to do good deeds and follow Allah's commands so that we can be saved from this punishment.
