EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prayer of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He was very consistent in his prayer, bowing and prostrations. He would bow for a similar amount of time as he did for prostration and sitting between two prostrations were also equal in length. This shows us that we should strive to be consistent in our prayers and not rush through them or take too much time on one part of it over another part. We should also strive to make sure that our prayers are done with full concentration so that we can reap its full benefits.
