EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of supplicating to Allah between two prostrations. It was narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas that the Prophet Muhammad used to say a prayer asking for forgiveness from Allah as well as mercy and guidance. He also asked for healing and provision from Him. This teaches us that we should always turn to Allah in times of need and ask Him for help in all matters of life. We should not forget that He is the only one who can provide us with what we need and grant us success in our endeavors. Furthermore, it reminds us that even though we may be facing difficult times or have made mistakes in our lives; if we sincerely turn back to Him with repentance then He will forgive us and provide us with His mercy and grace.
