QUICK LESSONS:
Follow proper order while performing prayers
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us about the proper way to perform prostration during prayer. It is narrated by Wa'il ibn Hujr that he saw the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) placing his knees on the ground before placing his hands when he prostrated himself and when he stood up, he raised his hands before his knees. This shows us that we should follow this same order while performing our prayers. We should first place our knees on the ground and then place our hands, and when standing up, we should raise our hands before our knees. This hadith also teaches us about humility and respect for Allah as it is a sign of submission to Him while praying.
