QUICK LESSONS:
Wait till date fruits are ripe before eating them

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah, who was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. In this hadith, the Prophet ﷺ is teaching us about abstaining from certain foods until they are ripe and ready to eat. He specifically mentions date fruits, saying that we should not eat them until they are red or yellow in color and fit for eating. This teaches us that we should be patient when it comes to consuming food, as it can be beneficial for our health if we wait until it is fully ripened before eating it. It also teaches us about moderation in our diet; even though dates are a healthy snack, we should still practice moderation when consuming them so that our bodies can benefit from their nutrients without overindulging in them.
