Place one hand on top of another when sitting or standing; Set your feet right when sitting or standing; Show respect for Allah and His Prophet ﷺ; Show respect for those around you; Maintain good posture

This hadith is about a sunnah which involves placing one hand on top of the other and setting your feet right when sitting or standing. This was narrated by Zur’ah b. 'Abd al-Rahman who heard it from Ibn al-Zubair. It is important to follow this sunnah as it shows respect for Allah and His Prophet ﷺ as well as others around us. It also helps us maintain good posture which can help with our physical health in the long run. We should strive to practice this sunnah whenever we are sitting or standing in order to show respect for Allah and His Prophet ﷺ as well as those around us while also taking care of our physical health at the same time.
