This hadith tells us about the importance of prayer and how it should be done. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was praying in an open field with no sutrah in front of him, which is a barrier that is usually placed between the worshipper and the people around them during prayer. Despite this, he still continued to pray without paying any attention to what was going on around him. This shows us that when we are praying, we should focus solely on our prayers and not be distracted by anything else. It also teaches us that even if there are distractions or obstacles present while we are praying, we should still continue our prayers without being affected by them.
