This hadith is about the etiquette of prayer according to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It narrates an incident where he was leading people in prayer and two girls from Banu AbdulMuttalib joined the row in the middle, as well as a donkey being left in front of it. However, he paid no attention to either of these things, showing that during prayer one should be focused on worshipping Allah and not be distracted by anything else. This teaches us that when we are praying we should focus on our worship and not pay attention to any distractions around us. We should also respect others who are praying by not disturbing them or making noise while they are worshipping Allah.
