Pray while wearing one garment if necessary and strive for proper clothing during prayer .

This hadith speaks about the permissibility of praying in a single shirt. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked by Salamah ibn al-Akwa’ whether it was permissible to pray while wearing only one shirt, and the Prophet ﷺ replied that it was indeed permissible, even if the shirt had to be fastened with a thorn. This hadith teaches us that we should not let our clothing be an obstacle when it comes to fulfilling our religious obligations such as prayer. We should also strive to make sure that we are properly dressed for prayer, but if this is not possible due to certain circumstances then we can still perform our prayers without any worry or guilt.
