This hadith speaks about how the Companions of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to pray along with him and follow his actions in prayer. When he bowed down for ruku', they would bow down as well; when he said "Allah listens to him who praises Him", they would remain standing until they saw that he placed his forehead on the ground before prostrating. This teaches us that we should be mindful of our prayers and follow what our beloved prophet did during salah.
