EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer and following the example of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ advised his followers not to try to outstrip him in bowing and prostrating, as he had become bulky. This means that even though he was physically unable to bow or prostrate for a long time, it was still important for his followers to follow his example when praying. It teaches us that we should always strive our best when praying, no matter what physical limitations we may have. We should also strive our best to follow the example of the Prophet ﷺ whenever possible, as this is one way of showing our love and respect for him.
