EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about teaching children to pray. It is important for parents to teach their children how to pray from a young age, as it is an essential part of Islam. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that when a child reaches the age of seven, parents should command them to start praying. If the child does not obey by the time they are ten years old, then parents should discipline them in order for them to learn how important prayer is in Islam. This hadith emphasizes that prayer must be taken seriously and that it is necessary for all Muslims, even children.
