Building Mosques and Keeping Them Clean

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad commanded people to build mosques in different localities and keep them clean and perfumed.

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Messenger of Allah commanded us to build mosques in different localities (ie in the locality of each tribe separately) and that they should be kept clean and be perfumed.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ بِبِنَاءِ الْمَسَاجِدِ فِي الدُّورِ وَأَنْ تُنَظَّفَ وَتُطَيَّبَ
