Cleanliness Through Spittle

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) spat on his clothing and used a part of it to clean himself.

Narrated AbuNadrah: The Messenger of Allah spat on his clothe and scrubbed with a part of it.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، قَالَ بَزَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فِي ثَوْبِهِ وَحَكَّ بَعْضَهُ بِبَعْضٍ
