EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that measuring our foodstuff is a way of being blessed. This means that when we are mindful of how much we eat, and take only what we need, Allah will bless us with more than enough. This hadith encourages us to practice moderation and self-control when it comes to eating, as well as other aspects of life. It also teaches us the importance of gratitude and contentment with what we have been given by Allah. We should not take more than our share or waste any food, but instead be thankful for the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon us.
