Prohibiting the Use of Bones and Dung for Wiping

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) forbade the use of bones and dung for wiping.

Narrated Jabir b. 'Abd Allaah: The Apostle of Allaah ( sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam ) forbade us to use a bone or dung for wiping.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَنْ نَتَمَسَّحَ بِعَظْمٍ أَوْ بَعْرٍ
