Maintain a sense of modesty & respect even when performing basic bodily functions such as urination; Take care not to cause any harm or discomfort; Uphold same level of respect & modesty as the prophet did; Follow example set by prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) .

The hadith narrated by Hudhaifah and Musaddad tells us about the proper etiquette that should be followed when urinating in public. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ demonstrated this etiquette by standing while urinating, asking for water to wipe his shoes afterwards, and then calling Musaddad near his heels after he had gone away from him.
