Seek protection from evil forces before entering a toilet; be mindful of your words & actions even when no one else is around; remember God's presence at all times with humility & reverence towards Him; respect privacy & personal space.

This hadith teaches us that we should always remember to seek refuge in Allah before entering a toilet. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to say “O Allaah, I seek refuge in Thee” or “I seek refuge in Allaah from male and female devils” before entering a toilet. This is an important reminder for us to always remember that we are vulnerable to evil forces when we are alone, so it is important for us to ask for protection from Allah at all times.
