This hadith discusses the concept of khamr, which is an alcoholic beverage that has been around since ancient times. It explains why it is called khamr and why it is disliked by some people. According to this hadith, khamr gets its name from being left until all the good parts are gone and only the dregs remain. The dregs are what remains after a liquid has been boiled or fermented for a long time, leaving behind only small particles or sediment at the bottom of a container. In this case, new materials are added to these dregs in order to make more khamr, which makes it undesirable according to Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab.
