Drinking Nabidh in Moderation

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) would drink Nabidh, a type of beverage, for two days and then discard any leftovers on the third day.

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "Nabidh would be made for the Messenger of Allah SAW and he would drink it in the morning, and on the following morning. Then on the evening before the third day, if there was anything left in the vessel, they would not drink it and it would be thrown away".
