Suggesting Prices for Gardens

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) asked the Bani Najjar to suggest a price for their garden, which contained some date palms and a ruin.

Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "O Bani Najjar! Suggest a price for your garden". Part of it was a ruin and it contained some date palms.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ‏ "‏ يَا بَنِي النَّجَّارِ ثَامِنُونِي بِحَائِطِكُمْ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَفِيهِ خِرَبٌ وَنَخْلٌ‏.‏
