Dress modestly & appropriately when out in public or around other people

This hadith is about the prohibition of Ishtimal As-Samma', which is a practice of covering oneself with a single garment that does not cover the private parts. This was forbidden by Prophet Muhammad (SAW). It teaches us to be modest and to dress appropriately, as it is important for us to maintain our dignity and respect in society.
